Orthodoxia Panagi won the Miss Cyprus 2011 (Μις Kύπρος 2011) at event held at the Pavillion in Nicosia. She will represent Cyprus in Miss World 2011

Orthodoxia is in her second year of a teaching degree at University. Her hobbies include going to the gym at least four times a week, reading and watching movies with friends.

Miss World 2011, the 61st edition of the Miss World pageant is scheduled to take place at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre on November 6, 2011 in London. Miss World 2010, Alexandria Mills of the United States will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Cyprus is well known for its sunshine and its lovely beaches. Also, for the kindness of the Cypriot people.

Future ambitions ?

I would like to become a teacher and take my modelling career a step further.

I am a very sociable and friendly person and I like to keep my distance.

Personal Motto?

Sensitive.

Favourite food ?

My favourite food is a Cypriot cuisine called koupepia. It contains minced meat and rice.

Favourite Music / Books ?

My favourite music is pop and Laika which is Greek music.

Do you have any pets?

No.

What is the proudest moment of your life or most memorable day?

My most memorable day was when I was younger and I waited for my Mother to give birth to the litter sister I always wanted.

Any other interesting facts ?

I enjoy the theatre and cinema.
