Architect John Hopkins and interior designer Craig Kettles designed this beautiful 5,000-square-foot home on Lake Burton in Georgia, which is quite a bit larger than their tiny first home on the three and a half acre lot.
The owners, Robin and Archie Lowe, had their own ideas and worked very closely with the designers to create this lovely second home. The Lowe's primary home is in Atlanta, not far from the lake home.
The home sleeps 16 and has five bedrooms and five and a half baths. There are also swings that convert into daybeds, bunk beds, and a loft. The kitchen has three sinks and three dishwashers and a beautiful island made from reclaimed wood. The decor is very unconventional and rustic. ENJOY!
